Vehicle Guidelines

2009 Vehicle Guidelines:





  1. All members must give full descriptions of vehicle upon submitting a Modest 4X4 Club member application form. I.e. Make, type, model, engine, lift, tire size.
  2. All Vehicles on any official Modest 4X4 Club must have safety retaining devices. Seatbelts, harnesses, roll cage and/or hardtop are all acceptable.
  3. All vehicles registered with the Modest 4x4 Club must have strong hitch mounts for extraction. Just in case you get stuck or broken.
  4. All Vehicles must have four-wheel drive to participate on any Modest 4X4 Club official Trail rides.
  5. Any damage sustained to your vehicle while on an official Modest 4X4 Club trail ride is not the clubs fault. When you go on any official Modest 4X4 Club trail ride you do so at your own risk. Modest 4X4 Club is not responsible for any damage you receive to your vehicle or persons on the official Modest 4X4 Club trail rides.
  6. No bad attitudes or whine asses will be tolerated. Teasing and ridicule is all part of the fun.
  7. All vehicles that are registered in their home state must adhere to their home state vehicle laws. Any vehicle that does not adhere to their states vehicle law must be trailered to and from any official Modest 4X4 Club trail rides or sanctioned events.
  8. Any 4X4 Vehicle is allowed in the Modest 4X4 Club. We want anything and everything to ride with us.
  9. All vehicles must have working headlights. This is the only light we really need you to have for late night rides and extractions.
  10. No 4X4 is left behind. We do everything in our power to bring every 4X4 home that day.
