Member Guidelines

2009 Member Guidelines:

1. All owners of registered vehicles within the Modest 4X4 Club must have a valid Drivers license.
2. All members must attend one sanctioned event per year. We will be doing clean ups and wilderness/forest management this year. Time to give back.
3. All members must sign a release form that allows Modest 4X4 Club to take video and/or Photos of your vehicles on official Modest 4X4 Club trail rides or sanctioned event for promotional and/or Commercial use. No monetary values will be compensated. 
4. All members must conduct themselves in a proper manner while on Modest 4X4 Clubs official trail rides.
5. No drugs will be tolerated ever. No drinking while on an Official Modest 4X4 Club Trail ride or sanctioned event unless other wise permitted. Never drink and drive. You’re a loser if you do and if you don’t think so, then don’t bother.
6. Tread lightly; what you bring in to the trails must come back with you. If you are witnessed to litter or destruction to any land you will be removed from the trail and club with force.
7. Modest 4X4 Club is not responsible for lost or stolen items on any Modest 4X4 Club sanctioned event.
8. We retain the right to kick anyone out of the club at anytime we see fit. Without warning or reason.
9. No bad attitudes or whine asses will be tolerated, all Modest 4X4 Club members will be responsible for there passengers.
10. Modest 4X4 Club does not collect any type of money or dues for the club. If you are asked to chip in for the year end BBQ you can do so or not. No pressure.
11. Modest 4X4 Club is a family of friends and 4X4’s. If we want to do something we collaborate our efforts and succeed in whatever it is we do.
12. All members must at least go on or to one of Modest 4X4 Clubs sanctioned events a year.
13. We ask all members to volunteer their time to helping our dedication to keeping Vermont green. Help when asked is what Modest 4X4 Club wants from you.
